Treatment Modalities
The most important treatment that we use is also by far the most effective: exercise. Our treatment philosophy focuses on helping patients take control of their rehab and develop independence with a program of exercise that will address impairments identified in the evaluation, restore function, and build resilience to future issues.
We use therapist-provided treatments like dry needling, soft tissue and joint mobilization, and spinal manipulation early in the process to help you to get moving quickly, and allow you to perform exercises with less pain, more range of motion, and more resistance. These treatments are not required, but can help speed the process along.
Fitness Training
We offer small group fitness training for clients with unique needs who benefit from having an exercise program designed and administered by a physiotherapist with extensive experience in strength & conditioning.
Fitness training clients begin with an initial assessment to identify problems and limitations that the exercise program will then be designed to address.
