Our clinic is located in the basement of F45 Training Kingston Downtown in the Williamsville neighbourhood near downtown Kingston.

Parking is available in the lot shared by F45 and the other adjacent businesses on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee parking, but it is almost always available at the times we offer appointments.
Please enter through the front door of F45 and remove your outdoor shoes. Your physiotherapist will meet you and lead you downstairs to our basement clinic.
